Adrien and Sophie take on cheese making in our kitchen

We’re very lucky to have Adrien and Sophie practicing their cheese making skills in our kitchen once a week. They’ve been wanting to learn the skills and I am very happy to have someone taking the milk we get on a daily basis and converting it into delicious cheese. They have made ricotta, paneer, chevre, mozzarella, feta and gouda so far and have plans for crotin, camembert and blue cheese in the future. I think we’ll have to milk more goats next year to keep up with their production!
